  • Conduct prompt investigations into complaints and allegations of ethical irregularities or conflicts of interest. Prepare written investigation reports as needed.
  • Develop and maintain confidential procedures for handling and processing complaints and allegations. 
  • Provide processes for the confidential hearing of employee issues related to ethics or conflicts.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of corporate governance requirements, compliance and reporting responsibilities, and related legal benchmarks of federal and state law.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
